Skills and Attributes Required:
- Minimum 1 year in the industry, 60-80m yacht experience essential
- Proficient in Housekeeping and Laundry.
- Must be willing to rotate through all areas.
- Team player.
- Well presented and enthusiastic.
- The program is for a US family who are experienced owners and demand a VERY high level of service and attention to detail. The boat is busy and is used often. Currently it will Summer in the Mediterranean and winter 2026 USA / Caribbean.
- The crew is of mixed nationalities and backgrounds. The is a strong focus for staying healthy and self-development onboard. The owner supports training and development.
