Chief Stewardess - Private/Charter Motor Yacht
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a professionally run motor yacht operating private and select charter programs.
This is a leadership role suited to someone calm under pressure, highly organised, and confident managing a medium-sized interior team to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Full management of the interior department
- Leading, training, and mentoring interior crew
- Maintaining high standards of service for both private use and charter
- Inventory control, provisioning, and budgeting
- Guest experience delivery with discretion and professionalism
- Close collaboration with Captain, HODs, and shore-side management
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts (or strong 2nd Stew ready to step up on a larger program)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
- Calm, solutions-focused approach
- Charter experience preferred
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and relevant visas
