2nd Stewardess Required – Private Motor Yacht
We are seeking a confident and motivated 2nd Stewardess to join a high-standard program that operates primarily privately, with a charter taking place annually over the New Year period. This is an excellent long-term opportunity to gain hands-on mentorship from an experienced Chief Stewardess while developing strong interior skills and refined service standards.
The successful candidate will rotate through all departments within the interior, gaining exposure to service, housekeeping, laundry, and guest experience operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and enthusiasm for table décor, cocktails, and wine service. You should be equally comfortable maintaining immaculate housekeeping and laundry standards while providing polished guest service. A proactive attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, and strong teamwork skills are essential.
Package & Benefits
• Salary: $5000 after probation
• 38 days leave per year

Requirements
• Minimum 2 solid years of yachting experience
• Valid STCW
• ENG1
• Food Hygiene Level 2
• B1/B2 Visa - No Americans
• Female only (due to cabin arrangements)
• Strong service standards and proven interior experience.
