We are seeking a well-established, experienced couple – a 2nd Stewardess and a Deckhand – to join our professional and high-performing crew aboard a 50m private/charter yacht.
- We’re looking for level-headed, mature individuals who live an active, healthy lifestyle, and are ready to commit to a tight-knit team with extremely high standards and a no-drama, positive culture with a proven track record of crew longevity
???? 2nd Stewardess Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in the industry
- Confident leading 2 more junior stews
- Strong experience in service, table settings, and cocktail preparation
- Well-rounded experience across all interior duties, including housekeeping and laundry
- Comfortable in a busy charter environment
- Organized, professional, and excellent presentation
- Food Hygiene level 2
- B1B2 Visa
???? Deckhand Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience on deck
- Holds Yachtmaster certificate
- Strong seamanship and waterman skills
- Large tender driving experience with guests is essential
- Able to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
- B1B2 visa

- Have been in a committed relationship for over 1 year
- Preferably worked together previously on a yacht
- Non-Smokers
- Small, discreet tattoos acceptable
- Must value professionalism, discretion, and a respectful team culture
- Not suited for candidates seeking exposure or content for social media
