Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to oversee the engineering operations aboard a new 45-meter vessel scheduled for launch in 2026. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and management of all engineering systems, ensuring the vessel's machinery, electronics, toys are operated and maintained efficiently. Responsibilities include routine inspections, preparing the warranty list, troubleshooting issues, and implementing PMS (Aquator). The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of marine engineering principles and practices, along with relevant certifications (less than 3000Kw, Malta flag). Strong team pleayer, No drama, and proactive mindset skills are essential, as the Chief Engineer you will supervise engineering and collaborate closely with other departments. This position offers 90 days leave (with possible rotation following). Write your desired T&C s to the application as well as the opportunity to work in the Mediterranean Sea. We are seeking longterm a commitment, high standards, proper safety and environmental compliance knowhow. Previous experience in a similar role on yachts is required. Ex commercial but with already years of experience on yachts are considered. Good AV/IT skills are essential.
