Job Description:
Tiger Private Recruitment - is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Stewardess to lead the interior team aboard a stunning 65 meter Italian-built Private Motor Yacht based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will bring excellent service standards, leadership, and organisational skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
You will work on a two on / two off rota basis, switching out with the existing Chief Stewardess onboard.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and train the interior team, ensuring seamless daily service and immaculate presentation of all interior areas.
- Oversee provisioning, inventories, guest preferences, and event setups.
- Coordinate closely with the Captain and Chef for guest itineraries and onboard service.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, table service, and guest care.
- Manage interior administration, budgets, and stock control
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess (or strong 2nd Stew stepping up) on 40m+ yachts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Silver service and barista/cocktail knowledge.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
