Summary
We are seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 59m motor yacht based in Italy, operating in the Mediterranean Sea. The successful candidate will manage the interior team of 3 CREW members, ensuring the highest standards of service and cleanliness on board. Responsibilities include overseeing guest accommodations, coordinating meal service, and managing inventory and supplies. The Chief Steward(ess) will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior interior staff, maintaining impeccable presentation throughout the yacht, and delivering a seamless experience for guests. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in similar roles, strong leadership skills, and a keen attention to detail. A background in hospitality or yachting is preferred, along with excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
