Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Third Stewardess to support the 2nd and Chief Stewardess in overseeing the interior team and operations.
Busy 70m private/charter vessel - previous charter experience is preferred but not essential.
This role suits someone with senior experience who is confident leading, training, and maintaining high standards across service, housekeeping, and laundry all while maintaining a positive attitude.
Reporting to the Chief Stewardess and working closely with the Second Stewardess, you will play a key role in daily operations, crew management, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the 2nd Stew in day-to-day running of the interior operations
- Lead by example and assist with training and mentoring junior crew
- Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and service standards
- Assist the 2nd Stew with managing uniform, inventories, and any interior related administration as reqired
- Assist with provisioning and stock organisation/rotation
- Responsible for organising crew activities and overseeing crew wellness requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years yachting experience
- Positive references - we will be checking
- B1B2 preferred but not a must
- Schengen visa or EU passport in hand
- Previous leadership or senior interior role preferred
- ENG1, STCW, PDSD, Food Hygiene Level 2
- WSET Level 2 an advantage
- Floristry, events/theme nights and mixology training highly preferred
- Experience with children highly preferred as this is a busy family program

- Charter experience a big bonus as the boat runs a busy charter program
- Calm under pressure and motivated during slow periods!

- Computer literate (Microsoft Office); basic admin/budgeting skills beneficial
- Creative eye for tablescapes and presentation; interest in wine and cocktails a big plus
