We are seeking a capable, experienced, and proactive Rotational Chief Stewardess to work onboard a 60m private sailing yacht.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured rotational program, values consistency onboard and excels in maintaining high interior standards year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the interior during your rotation including: yard periods, crossings, and guest preparation
- Maintain continuity in standards, inventories, and interior projects
- Manage maintenance and deep cleans and organisational tasks during off charter periods
- Handle provisioning, re-stocking, inventories, and administrative duties
- Provide smooth, thorough handovers with your rotational counterpart
- Train and support junior stews to ensure consistent service and housekeeping standards
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous Chief Stew or strong 2nd Stew experience, ideally on similar-sized vessels
- Excellent organizational skills and a systems-based mindset
- Proactive attitude with the ability to self-manage projects and motivate junior crew
- A grounded, mature approach to leadership without the pressure of daily guest service
- Strong inventory, provisioning, and digital record-keeping skills
