Summary
We are seeking a Chief Stewardess for a 65m motor yacht. Vessel predominantly cruises, Italy, France and Greece, In this permanent position, you will lead a team of 6 interior, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained throughout the vessel. Your responsibilities will include managing the interior operations, overseeing guest accommodations, and coordinating events and dining experiences. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior stewards/esses, maintaining inventories, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. A background in luxury hospitality is preferred, along with excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position requires a dedicated professional who can work effectively in a dynamic environment while upholding the highest service standards.Position comes with the added benefit of a pre arranged retainer pay packet, which means extended leave may be taken with a 50 percent retainer on salary.
