We are seeking a skilled US Chief Steward(ess) for a 34m motor yacht operating in the Caribbean and homeported in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of charter experience on a similar-sized vessel and will be responsible for overseeing interior operations and managing a small crew of four. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of service, managing guest experiences, and ensuring the interior is well-maintained and organized. The position requires a US Passport or Green Card, STCW certification, ENG1 medical, and a clean background check. Candidates should lead a healthy lifestyle and embrace a dynamic work environment.
