2nd Stewardess – Private 54m Mangusta
We’re looking for a confident, capable 2nd Stewardess with at least two seasons of experience to join our lovely interior team on a private 54m Mangusta.
This is a light-use, private program for a genuinely nice family, with a supportive crew and a positive onboard atmosphere. We’re currently based in West Palm Beach, cruising the Caribbean, with exciting potential for a world cruise in the future.
The Boat & Crew
- 54m Mangusta | Private only
- Crew of 9, plus 2 crew on the chase boat
- Interior team of 3 stews, plus a chase boat stew who jumps in to help
- Relaxed but professional program with high standards and good energy
The Role
You’ll rotate between service and housekeeping, keeping things varied and balanced:
- Confident service with strong wine and cocktail knowledge
- Beautiful table settings and guest-focused service
- High-standard housekeeping (cabins, laundry, turn-downs)
- Supporting provisioning, inventories, and interior organisation
- Working closely with a fun, professional interior team that genuinely supports each other
You
- Minimum 2 seasons’ interior experience
- Comfortable and confident in both service and housekeeping
- Naturally organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
- B1/B2 visa essential
- STCW & ENG1 in hand
- Preference for candidates currently near the USA
- Positive attitude and a sense of humour always appreciated
