Second Stewardess – 43m+ Private Motor Yacht
We are seeking an experienced Second Stewardess to join a luxurious 43m+ private motor yacht primarily operating in the Mediterranean. This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals with a solid background, particularly in wardrobe management and other personal effects, laundry, and luxurious clothing knowledge. A strong understanding of these areas is essential to contribute to the high-performing team on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage wardrobe and laundry operations, following the owner’s specific instructions for laundry operations.
- Assist the Chief Stewardess in all aspects of interior management and service.
- Collaborate effectively with the three interior staff members.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the yacht.
- Support with inventories, provisioning, budgeting, and training.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the yachting industry.
- Be highly presentable
- English fluency is essential
- At least 1 year of experience as a Second Stewardess on vessels 50m+.
- Strong team collaboration and support skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- European or UK candidates preferably.
- Valid STCW95 certification.
- Valid ENG1 medical certificate.
- Food and hygiene certificate
- Proven longevity in previous roles with checkable references.
Additional Information:
- Start Date: Position start 1st March
- Leave: 90 days leave per year. To be taken when the owner is not onboard
- Salary: To be disclosed at the interview stage.
