DECKHAND/DIVE INSTRUCTOR 65M+ MY:
A great opportunity for a qualified Dive Instructor to join a 65m+ private/charter motor yacht with an adventurous, fast-paced program. This is an easy-going, fitness-oriented crew working with family-focused owners who enjoy varied itineraries and active guest trips.
The role:
- Dual Deckhand and Dive Instructor position with hands-on involvement across deck operations
- Supporting dive operations during dive-focused trips, including liaising with local agents, dive guides, and arranging logistics
- Periods without diving activity - flexibility required
- Joining the vessel in the yard ahead of redelivery to learn the setup and systems, then transitioning straight into operational cruising
- Private/charter program with a fast-paced, varied itinerary
- Likely Med season following yard period
- Start date: 20th February
What we’re looking for:
- Certified Dive Instructor (essential)
- Some previous yacht experience required; candidates with under one year considered
- Confident, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic program
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate third-party dive logistics
- Fit, active, and comfortable in a high-energy, adventure-focused environment
- B1/B2 preferred but not essential
