Summary
Temporary Head of Service for a Private MY 120m+
Start Date: Beginning of February 2026
Salary: TBC
We are seeking an experienced Head of Service to join a private, dual-season 100m+ yacht. This position is initially for 2 months, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate:
• Has at least 3 to 5 years proven experience as Head of Service or Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts
• Experience working on high-end, private or charter yachts with demanding owners and guests.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and training service team to deliver the highest standards
• Brings excellent knowledge of fine dining, wines, cocktails, and guest service
• Strong understanding of alcohol, wine, spirits, and cigar inventory management and service..
• Proven ability to maintain and update service inventories accurately.
• Experience creating and maintaining service SOPs, checklists, and workflows.
• Strong provisioning skills, including: creating detailed provision lists, managing consumption reports and stock control
• Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, strong organizational, and communication skills
• Must be female (due to cabin arrangements)
Minimum Qualifications & Certifications:
• STCW
• Proficiency in Security Awareness
• ENG1 (valid)
• Seaman’s Book
• Food & Hygiene Level 2
• Crowd Management
• Valid passport (minimum 9 months remaining)
