Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and polished Second Stewardess to join the interior team of a brand-new 50m+ motor yacht, currently completing the final stages of delivery in Italy.
This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a new build at launch and play a key role in shaping a high‑standard, guest‑focused charter program from day one.
Must-Have Requirements:
Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet all of the following criteria.
• Proven Second Stewardess experience on 45m+ yachts for at least one full season
• Minimum 2 seasons’ experience in the yachting industry
• Charter experience strongly valued
• All mandatory documents and certifications valid and up to date
Position Details
• Permanent contract
• €4,500/month
• 43 days leave per year
• Multiple charters already confirmed for the upcoming season
• Mediterranean cruising program for the following season
• Not a couple’s position
Language Requirements
• Fluent English
• Additional languages are an advantage
Essential Certifications
• STCW 95 / STCW 2010
• ENG1 Medical
• Driver’s License
• Food Hygiene Level 2 (HABC)
