Slightly unorthodox position. Essentially an assistant yard/crossing engineer required. Y4 minimum. 62m. Rotational contract but candidate needs to be flexible. Will work out something like 3 months on/off.
Off during the season. On during crossings and yard/maintenance periods. Summers off and most likely Christmas 90% of the time.
4-5K USD per month. No share of charter tips but yearly bonus and pay reviews to incentivize longevity.
