This role is perfect for a strong 2nd Engineer ready to move into a Chief position, offering real autonomy, onboard support, and an above-industry-standard package.

The Program
- Dual season
- Winter: East Coast Florida, Bahamas & Caribbean
- Summer: Mediterranean & Europe
- Private use only (non-charter)
- Balanced pace with proper maintenance windows
The Role
- Full responsibility for the engineering department
- Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
- Oversight of all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and AV/IT systems
- High standards, autonomy, and long-term potential
The Ideal Candidate
- Y4 CoC (minimum) or equivalent
- Available to start immediately
- Chief Engineer experience or a strong 2nd Engineer stepping up
- Hands-on, practical, solutions-driven
Crew Fit
- Strong preference for Australian, Kiwi, South African, or British candidates
Visa
- B1/B2 required
