Ready for a season filled with sunshine, adventure, and some serious Mamma Mia energy? Our client is searching for a confident and capable Sole Stew to join a beautifully run 30m+ private yacht cruising the Mediterranean.
The Yacht
Step onboard a warm, tight-knit crew of five and get ready for an unforgettable itinerary. Think long summer days exploring Sicily, Sardinia, Croatia, and dreamy Greek island hopping. This is the kind of season where you’ll work hard, laugh often, and wake up every day somewhere breath-taking.
The Role
As Sole Stew, you’ll take full ownership of the interior - delivering seamless service, immaculate housekeeping, organised laundry, and smooth daily operations. You’ll be the heart of the guest experience, bringing your own rhythm and standards to the role.
You’ll also lend a hand on deck with lines and fenders, making this a fantastic position for someone who enjoys variety and being involved in all aspects of yacht life.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with at least two seasons of experience who feels confident running an interior solo. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm and organised during busy guest periods will set you up for success.
