Summary
63m private/charter motor yacht is seeking a qualified Second Engineer for a permanent position. You’ll assist the Chief Engineer in the safe and efficient running of all onboard systems and oversee the Third Engineer.
The Role Requires Minimum SV2/Y2 qualification. Please do not respond with AEC 1 and 2.
The role involves maintaining the PMS, documentation, and logs, ensuring all engineering systems remain in excellent condition. The Chief Engineer is highly experienced and encourages professional development—great opportunity to learn the vessel’s advanced AV/IT and security systems.
Itinerary:
- Short-term: Possible Caribbean Charter
- Then: Yard period in Savannah, Georgia
- Followed by: Extended Alaska cruise with owners
