We are seeking a professional and proactive Second Stewardess to join a 70m+ private and charter yacht. We are seeking a professional and proactive Second Stewardess to join a 70m+ private and charter yacht.
Supporting the Chief Stewardess, you will act as second-in-command of the interior, stepping up confidently when needed. This role is ideal for an experienced Second Stew who leads by example and thrives in a positive, well-organised team environment.
Key duties include assisting with daily interior operations, leading service or housekeeping rotations, mentoring junior stews, and managing inventories, uniforms, and interior supplies. Strong service and housekeeping skills, excellent organisation, and a polished, guest-focused approach are essential.
Applicants must have previous Second Stew experience on similar-sized vessels and be confident taking charge in the Chief Stew's absence. A keen eye for detail, strong administrative ability, and a professional, upbeat attitude are required.
The yacht completed a full refit a couple of years ago and offers spacious crew areas, strong storage, and well-equipped service spaces. The program is family-focused, healthy, and team-oriented, with a close-knit, professional crew and access to an onboard gym.
