Chief Engineer in United Arab Emirates

Summary

We are seeking a Chief Engineer for a new 37m motor yacht, set to launch in June 2026, currently under construction in Dubai.

This permanent position involves overseeing all engineering operations on board, ensuring the vessel's systems are functioning optimally for both private and charter use in the Mediterranean Sea.

Must hold a Chief Engineer 3000 KW license.

You will work closely with a crew of seven, including a South African Captain, to deliver a high standard of service.

First season will be in the med.

Start date 1st March 2026 in Dubai.

Salary 7000 euros per month

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
