Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Chief Steward(ess) for a 55m motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean Sea, currently homeported in Italy.
In this permanent role, you will lead a team of 10 crew members, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing all interior operations, managing guest accommodations, and maintaining the yacht’s cleanliness and presentation.
You will also coordinate events and dining arrangements, while providing exceptional guest service.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the yachting industry, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
A proactive approach, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering a seamless onboard experience are essential.
