We are recruiting an experienced Chief Stewardess for a well-established 100m+ busy charter motor yacht with a strong reputation and professional onboard culture. This is a fast-paced charter program with a supportive HOD structure, an excellent crew environment, and long-term potential for the right candidate.
The role suits a confident leader who thrives in a busy charter setting, delivers consistently high service standards, and runs a polished, well-organised interior team. You will be responsible for overseeing all interior operations, leading a large team, and acting as a strong, professional front-of-house presence while maintaining organisation, standards, and morale throughout intense charter periods.
Position details: start end of January, salary USD 8,500, rotation 10:10, tips equal share with historically very strong returns.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Chief Stewardess on large yachts, a solid charter background, and a calm, professional approach to leadership. You should be personable, highly organised, confident under pressure, and guest-focused, with a B1/B2 visa and availability to start ASAP.
