Summary

We are seeking a relief Chief Engineer for a 48m motor yacht built by Christensen, currently stationed in the United States. In this temporary role (1 week only with future opportunities), you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations, ensuring the vessel's systems are maintained to the highest standards, and managing an assistant engineer. Key responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in yacht engineering, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of marine systems. A valid engineering certification and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team are essential.
