Summary
Seeking a strong Head of Housekeeping for a new build 103 mt private vessel, with 2+ years as HOH on a similar sized vessel. The position requires someone that has experince managing her own team, who is admin and supplier savvy and can balance their time between managing the team on the floor and overseeing all administration side. During guest trips there are very high expectations and a lot of preferences to oversee, the standards must be kept at an excellent level through the guest interior. The guest interior is extremely delicate and has a multitude of surfaces so candidates must have excellent surface care knowledge and a full understanding of maintenance.
Previous experience in new build on a similar size vessel is essential and mandatory. We have 4 months of yard period still left before completion of the build and launch planned for end of May. You must be comfortable in overseeing all interior works whilst completing all suppliers lists, deliveries, setting up all interior areas and admin. Position due to begin on January 15th, moving into a 2:2 rotation in June, at time of delivery.
Candidates must meet the following criteria to apply:

- Non smoking
- STCW
- PDSD
- ENG1
- Food & Hygiene Level 2
- Valid passport (and Schengen if needed)
- Female only due to cabin arrangements
Salary DOE. We will be offering a permanent contract until launch date, stipulating rotation start date and salary requested.
