Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Steward(ess) to join our crew on a 45-meter motor yacht transitioning to commercial operations along the West Coast of the USA after completing a 5-month refit starting January 2026 in Mexio. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the vessel, assisting with guest accommodations, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include managing the interior upkeep, coordinating meal service, and supporting the crew in daily operations on and off guest trips under the guidelines of the Chief Stewardess. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar role, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and exhibit a commitment to delivering exceptional service. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team of eight crew members (2 interior plus 1 Chef) are essential for success in this position.

The vessel is going through a period of change and being set up for the next chapter of operations.
