Summary
Seeking a strong Head of Housekeeping for a busy 85m private vessel, with at least a year of HOH experience on a similar sized vessel. The housekeeping team operates with 4 housekeepers (including the HOH), a spa stewardess, and 2 laundrymen. The position requires someone who is admin and supplier savvy and can balance their time between managing the team on the floor and overseeing all housekeeping administration. During guest trips there are very high expectations and a lot of preferences to oversee, the standards must be kept at an excellent level through the guest interior. The guest interior is extremely delicate and has a multitude of surfaces so candidates must have excellent surface care knowledge and a sound understanding of delicate maintenance.
Previous experience in Pinpoint Works and Sortly are essential. There are a few months of multiple contractor works coming up before a busy summer season, so candidate must be comfortable in overseeing these whilst multitasking regular winter maintenance and admin. Position due to begin on January 10, moving into a 2:2 rotation with current HOH.
