We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Second Stewardess to join a 73m private/charter motor yacht operating in the Med and Caribbean.
This is a great opportunity for a strong second who is confident leading service, supporting the Chief Stew, and maintaining high standards in a busy dual-season program.

Role Requirements:
- Previous experience as Second Stew on similar-sized yachts preferred
- Strong service skills (silver service, fine dining, cocktails, wine knowledge)
- Confident leadership and ability to step up when needed
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Polished, professional, and charter-minded
- Positive attitude and strong team player
