Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Household Assistant / Butler to
support a busy household. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, excellent
communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing household tasks. This role
involves providing personalized service to meet the needs of the household while maintaining a
high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily household operations, including scheduling, organization, and maintenance.
- Provide personal assistance to the household members, including running errands,
coordinating appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Oversee household staff, ensuring efficiency and proper execution of tasks.
- Assist chefs with menu coordination, grocery shopping, and F&B service.
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage procurement.
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the household, coordinating with cleaning staff as
necessary.
- Work with events team to organize and coordinate events, gatherings, and family activities.
- work with travel team on travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and
transportation.
- Provide pet care and management as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for service providers and contractors.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, butler, or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in household management software and technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience plus overtime and comprehensive benefits package.
