Salary: €60,000 - €72,000 net combined per annum DOE

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled and professional Domestic Couple to join a prestigious private estate in Tuscany, supporting a private family. This role offers the chance to work within a well-structured, respectful, and collaborative environment in one of Italy’s most desirable locations.
The estate is embarking on an exciting new chapter, with plans to operate as a high-end luxury rental property. As such, candidates with prior experience in private households, luxury villas, or boutique hospitality settings will be particularly well suited.
Role 1: Houseman/Estate Support
Responsibilities:
- Chauffeur services and full oversight of the household vehicle fleet, including cleaning, servicing schedules, seasonal maintenance, and fuel management
- Day-to-day property upkeep and practical maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, basic DIY, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Liaison with specialist contractors when required, in coordination with the Estate Manager
- Maintenance of exterior areas, including terraces, pathways, pool surroundings, leaf blowing, and light gardening (Primary gardens are maintained by external gardening teams)
- Pool cleaning and maintenance, ensuring correct operation and water quality
- Routine monitoring of the property’s technical systems and reporting any issues
- Security assistance, including alarm response and emergency call-outs
- Support with food and beverage service as required, including family-style table service
Role 2: Housekeeper/Laundress
Responsibilities:
- Complete responsibility for laundry operations, including expert fabric care, stain treatment, delicates, and correct machine use
- Efficient and well-organised laundry flow and wardrobe management for the family
- High-standard ironing and meticulous wardrobe presentation
- Housekeeping support, working collaboratively with the housekeeping team when needed
- Table preparation and family-style service assistance
- Occasional light cooking or meal preparation upon request (main chef in residence)
Candidate Requirements:
- A well-matched, cooperative couple with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Italian and English speakers, Russian speakers is a bonus
- Discreet, dependable, and service-oriented professionals with a positive attitude
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with seasonal fluctuations in workload
- Detail-focused with a genuine commitment to maintaining exceptional standards
- Smart, professional presentation with strong integrity and work ethic
- Valid EU work permission required
- Full driving licence essential
