Licenses: STCW10, ENG1, Food & Hygiene L2
Start Date: Start Date: 22nd of December for 3 months minimum (potentially permanent)
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Chief Stewardess to join a busy 55+m charter sailing yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage all aspects of the interior while ensuring top-tier service for charter guests and owners.
- Proven charter experience
- Sailing yacht experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills – responsible for managing all interior duties, including housekeeping, guest service, and onboard accounting.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth coordination among the crew and with guests.
Salary & Conditions:
- Base Salary: DOE + tips.
- Leave: 3 days per month
