We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Travelling Butler/Houseman/Assistant to support a private Principal in both London and Monaco. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, discretion, and a proactive approach. The successful candidate will work alongside the Chief of Staff and will be responsible for overseeing the running of two residences, providing exceptional butler and valet services, and accompanying the principal during travel to ensure all aspects of their lifestyle are managed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the smooth running of the principal’s residences in London and Monaco, ensuring they are secure, clean, and properly maintained.
· Manage household systems and services, including contractors, repairs, security systems, AV, and general upkeep.
· Provide full valet service including packing, unpacking, wardrobe management, and garment care.
· Deliver professional butler service, ensuring seamless support during both home and travel.
· Travel with the principal as required, organising logistics and providing on-hand support.
· Coordinate hotel arrangements, including discreet check-ins on behalf of the principal.
· Work alongside the Chief of Staff to manage calendars, liaise with drivers, and oversee daily schedules.
· Anticipate the principal’s needs and adapt service accordingly.
Candidates must have previous private house experience along with strong butler, valet and wardrobe management expertise. It is essential that you are highly organised, energetic and able to manage responsibilities across multiple properties. Additionally, candidates must be proactive and resourceful and have the willingness and flexibility to travel extensively. Salary negotiable based on experience, circa £65,000. (HU4331)
