Full-Time Stew/Housekeeper — Dual Role Palm Beach Private Home/ Private 30M Motoryacht
Mature couple seeking a professional, seasoned, and experienced full-time Sole Stew to provide exceptional service and housekeeping support split between their private home and motor yacht.
Responsibilities include interior detailing, table service, provisioning, laundry, wardrobe care, light galley cooking, and guest hospitality both ashore and aboard. Must be an organized, self-starter with excellent time management and attention to detail, comfortable working independently with minimal oversight, discreet, well-presented, and comfortable in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
Candidates must have prior yachting and/or private estate experience, excellent references, and a flexible, can-do attitude. Valid passport and ability to travel internationally (Bahamas).
Competitive compensation DOE and can exceed industry norm relative to owner's satisfaction. Live aboard preferred but not required.
Schedule: Full-time, year-round (split home/yacht)
Location: Winter Palm Beach, FL and Summer New England
