Summary
Contract Duration: 90 days — December 15 to March 15
Itinerary: Aventura/ Miami, FL + 2–3 week Bahamas trips (first trip scheduled around December 20)
We are looking for an experienced Second Stewardess to join a 30m private vessel primarily based in Aventura, Florida. This is a seasonal 90-day contract with the potential for busy yet relaxed operations. Candidate based in SoFlo will be given priority.
About the Program
- Local day trips while in home port (Aventura, FL)
- Bahamas trips lasting 2–3 weeks
- During Bahamas trips, expect a mix of time at anchor and time docked in the marina
- Owner and family stay ashore in Nassau and come aboard primarily for meals and occasional day cruises
- Boss is relaxed, kind, and respectful
What We’re Looking For
- Someone not green — prior experience as a stew required
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
- Able to follow direction and integrate smoothly into the interior team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Female due to cabin arrangements
- Must be able to speak English
Role Details
- Interior duties: housekeeping, laundry, detailing, meal/drink service, guest interaction
- Team environment with a supportive senior stew
- Ability to help on deck when required
- Salary DOE (based on experience)
- Start date: December 15
- Ends: March 15
- Bahamas trip begins around December 20 (approx. 3 weeks)
