We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Stewardess to join our crew aboard a luxurious 47-meter private yacht. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for hospitality and exceptional service standards to work in a dynamic and vibrant environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee all interior operations of the yacht, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service.
- Manage and train the interior crew to maintain a high standard of service, cleanliness, and organization.
- Collaborate with the Captain and other crew members to ensure seamless operations during yacht voyages.
- Create and manage detailed schedules for crew duties and guest services.
- Ensure that all guest preferences and requirements are anticipated and met with utmost care.
- Conduct regular inventories of supplies and manage the ordering and stocking of all interior provisions.
- Plan and execute events and excursions, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
*Qualifications:*
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a chief stewardess or in a similar role on a luxury yacht.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of fine dining service, wine pairing, and cocktail preparation.
- STCW certification and valid medical
