Overview
A high-profile private residence in West Palm Beach is seeking two professional, polished Steward(esses) to join its household team. These roles is live-out and require service-minded individuals with exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to deliver five-star hospitality within a refined UHNW environment.
The ideal candidates will bring experience from luxury villas, private households, yachts, or five-star hotels and will be able to work seamlessly as part of a coordinated and well-structured service team.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Presentation
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization across all interior spaces.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks at a luxury standard (bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas).
- Ensure turn-down service, linen care, wardrobe management, and guest-area readiness.
Service & Guest Support
- Provide warm, discreet, and professional guest service at all times.
- Assist with meal service, table settings, and event setup as needed.
- Support guests with requests, ensuring comfort and privacy.
Household Operations
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and supplies.
- Coordinate with villa staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support special events, gatherings, and visiting guests.
Requirements
- Experience as a Steward(ess) in private villas, UHNW households, yachts, or luxury hotels.
- Strong housekeeping and service abilities with an eye for detail.
- Polished presentation, excellente communication, and a calm, professional demeanour.
- High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality.
- Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required.
- Already authorized to work in the U.S.
