Rotational Chief Stewardess for 68m+ Support Vessel
This is an exciting opportunity onboard an elite support vessel that provides excellent benefits and competitive salary.
You will be working onboard a busy vessel with a close-knit crew.

We are looking for someone who is:
- An active Head of Department who can be hands on
- Easy going, adaptable, patient and understanding
- Excellent team-player
- Great communicator
- Maintains high standards in Housekeeping
- Adaptable and flexible to the demands of working in a fleet
- Willing to work predominantly in housekeeping on the support vessel with little to no service involved
- Who leads by example by being enthusiastic and displaying a fun attitude
- Willing to and has the right experience/skill set to teach and train their department, in housekeeping, service and cocktails making etc
- Looking to take a step back from a guest facing role as there is very little guest interaction
Additionally, you must have:
- Experience working in delivering high quality service
- Experience as a Chief Stew or Minimum of 2 years continuous 2nd Stew on 65+m vessels
- Extensive knowledge of both Housekeeping and Service
Your responsibilities include:
- Undertake operational and financial management of the interior department, including management of all interior purchase orders, invoices and credit card receipts
- Undertake operational management and responsibility for maintenance and contractors together with the Captain
- Management and organisation of all interior rotation and leave schedules.
- Daily and weekly schedules and rota planning on board the support yacht and working closely with the Chief Stew on the guest facing yacht
- Oversee the yacht laundry systems and responsible for all uniform
- Oversee and responsible for all inventories
- Manage defects and yard works/contractors using Pinpoint
Applicants must have:
- STCW
- ENG1
- Level 2 Food and Hygiene
- B1/B2 visa a preferred
