Mate (with Engineering Skills) + Stewardess Couple – 27M Private/Charter Vessel -
Seeking a skilled and professional couple to join for the upcoming Caribbean season. Busy, hands-on program with both owner trips and charters scheduled.
The vessel plans to run 6–8 charters per year with 8–10 weeks of owner usage.
Seasonal cruising includes New England in the summer and the Caribbean in the winter.
Position: Mate
• Assisting Captain with deck operations and navigation
• Strong engineering aptitude for daily checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
• Ideally holds a 100 Ton license to operate the tender
• Confident with anchoring, docking, and all deck duties
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Position: Stewardess
• Sole stew role—must run the interior independently
• Prior charter experience required
• Responsible for service, housekeeping, turnarounds, provisioning, and guest care
• Organized, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
• Professional presentation and strong communication
Ideal Couple
• Works well together in a dynamic environment
• Flexible, self-motivated, and ready to contribute across departments
• Previous experience as a team is beneficial but not required
