Chief Engineer CE(MN)III/3 or III/2 (Y2) required - 58m - Commercial Motor Yacht - Cayman Flag.
2:2 Rotation - but prepared to be flexible with their counterpart, which will be received in return.
Joining location - West Palm Beach.
Start date: 18th January 2026.
We are looking for a Chief Engineer for our newly acquired Dutch built motor yacht, currently undergoing reflagging in West Palm Beach.
Ideally, the candidate will have prior experience as Chief Engineer, who is comfortable running their own department, but also being a team player amongst the crew.
The owner likes to show his guests the Engine Room & technical spaces, so cleanliness & a well organised ER are essential.
We will remain in Rybovich, whilst we carry out some refit works and set-up procedures alongside our management company.
Thereafter, plans are not yet confirmed, but likely cruising the Bahamas during the Spring.

The owners appreciate their crew, they and would like to build a team who stays with the program. This was achieved well with their previous yacht, and all crew will be moving over to this one.
A B1B2, valid driving license & all in-date certificates are required for the position.
Salary is $9,000 and a 13th month bonus is provided.
