Seeking an experienced and polished 2nd Stewardess to join a 40m private/charter program. The vessel will be chartering the Bahamas for the winter, then based in South Florida with TBC New England summers.
This is a happy boat with genuinely great people — owners, captain, and crew included. Fun vibes onboard, strong teamwork, and a supportive environment are key parts of the culture, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a positive, collaborative interior team.
Minimum 1 year experience required. Charter experience is a big plus.

Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a 2nd Stewardess on 30m+ M/Y or S/Y
- Strong housekeeping, service, and laundry skills
- Previous charter experience is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, upbeat attitude
- Confident guest relations and polished service skills
- Must enjoy teamwork, good energy, and contributing to a fun, well-run vessel

- STCW (Fully up to date)

- B1/B2 Visa essential
