Summary

We are seeking a skilled Boat Builder with marine mechanical expertise to join our team in Solothurn, Switzerland, starting January 1, 2026. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and restoration of various types of boats, utilizing your skills in GFK laminating, polishing, and gelcoat repair. Your role will also involve hull preparation, engine rigging and installation, mechanical troubleshooting, and working on electrical and hydraulic systems. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience, hold EU citizenship, and be fluent in either English or German.
