Summary
60 metre Private Newbuild Motoryacht (Single Season) seeking a Chief Stewardess to start ASAP.
The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience in a similar role on vessels of comparable size and standard. Newbuild or vessel-setup experience is a significant advantage, as you will be responsible for establishing the full interior operation: creating procedures and SOPs, setting up inventories, ordering and organising uniform, selecting and onboarding interior crew (interior team of 4), and developing efficient service, housekeeping, and laundry systems. We are looking for a calm, organised leader with excellent communication skills, a high level of discretion, and a genuine passion for building a five-star interior from the ground up.
The vessels will be based in Italy for the winter which will allow sufficient time for a detailed setup before the summer season.
Salary and Leave TBC but not rotational.
