Summary
We are looking for a Chief Engineer to join a 50m Benetti B.Now (2024 build) on the 1st of December 2025. The yacht is currently cruising remote Indonesia and will continue through Papua New Guinea, Palau, the Philippines, Japan, and Taiwan. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-cruising program with excellent owners and a very close-knit crew.
The position offers a salary of USD 10,000 per month and 73 days of leave, with the possibility of the role transitioning into a full rotational position once the candidate has proven themselves. A standard MLC contract is provided. We require a minimum Y3 ticket and we are also open to strong 2nd Engineers from larger yachts who are ready to step up into a CE role. We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on engineer who is comfortable operating in remote cruising environments and can get stuck in when needed.
The owner is exceptional, the program is unique, and there is strong long-term potential here - our captain has been with the owner for nine years and has completed several builds with him, which speaks volumes about the stability and quality of the program.
