A globally recognized, 100m+ motor yacht is preparing for its Caribbean season.
We are seeking two highly professional and motivated Stewardess' to join the interior team and help establish a benchmark for service excellence in charter and private use. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team setting the highest standards for an exclusive, world-class operation.
The Ideal Profile
We are looking for individuals who embody the pinnacle of luxury service, discretion, and professionalism.
Core Experience & Attributes:
- Experience Level: A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-profile luxury yachting (80m+ yachts preferred) or equivalent experience in five-star hospitality (e.g., luxury resorts, private estates, Michelin-starred restaurants).
- A "Charter Mindset": Proven ability to switch seamlessly from a relaxed, private-style operation to the demanding, high-pace environment of charters. Experience in previous charter operations is highly desirable.
- Discretion & Etiquette: Absolute commitment to guest privacy and professionalism. A polished appearance and impeccable social etiquette are non-negotiable.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous standards for service, housekeeping, laundry, and inventory management, with a keen eye for anticipating guest needs before being asked.
Required Specialized Skill Sets:
The interior team requires two Stewardesses who can collectively cover a broad range of elite service disciplines, including:
- Food & Beverage Expertise: Advanced silver service, correct wine service protocols, cocktail preparation, and knowledge of formal table settings for complex, multi-course meals.
- Specialized Housekeeping: Expertise in handling delicate fabrics, antique finishes, and maintaining valuable custom art and decor within high-traffic areas. Efficiency in cabin turnovers and detailed deep cleaning.
- Spa & Wellness Operations: Direct experience managing and assisting in a full-service spa environment, including knowledge of treatment preparation, maintaining steam rooms and saunas, and ensuring the wellness area remains a pristine sanctuary.
- Administrative & Inventory Control: Proficiency in managing complex preference sheets, precise ordering, accurate inventory systems, and utilizing yacht-specific software.

Essential Requirements:
- Availability: Must be able to join the yacht by next Monday December 1st, 2025.
- Certifications:
- STCW Basic Safety Training (including Proficiency in Security Awareness or Designated Security Duties)
- A current ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Visa: A valid B1B2 visa is required for non-US or Canadian passport holders.
