Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Steward(ess) to join our team aboard a modern 24m motor yacht based in Turkey. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for maintaining the interior of the yacht, ensuring a clean and organized environment while providing a high standard of service to guests. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, preparing and serving meals, and assisting with guest accommodations to enhance their experience on board. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to hospitality. Experience in a similar position within the yachting industry, particularly on motor yachts, is preferred. You will work closely with a small crew of three, contributing to a cooperative team dynamic while navigating the Mediterranean Sea.
