WY Recruitment is seeking an experienced Rotational Engineer for a 55m sailing yacht currently in Palma. The yacht is completing a cruising schedule that includes Palma, the Caribbean and the east coast of the United States, before returning to Palma. This is a full-time rotational position on a 10/10 schedule. Candidates must hold a Y3 or equivalent engineering qualification and have strong experience working on sailing yachts. A B1/B2 visa is required due to the vessel’s itinerary. Handover with the current rotational engineer is scheduled to begin in early February. The yacht runs with a professional crew of eight. Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed with shortlisted candidates ONLY.
