Summary
We are seeking a Chief Stewardess for a 37-meter motor yacht currently under construction in Dubai, with a start date in February 2026.
In this permanent role, you will oversee the interior team of three, including a Second Stewardess and a Deck/Stew, ensuring exceptional service and maintenance of the yacht’s interior.
The position involves managing guest experiences during private and charter operations, as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
You will be based in Dubai during winter months at the owner’s villa and will travel with the owner to various residences in Ibiza and Mykonos
. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. A respectful demeanor and a willingness to embrace a social atmosphere are essential for this role.
Salary 5500 euros per month
