Job Summary
An energetic, sophisticated, and fast-moving Miami–based family is seeking a polished Land-Based Estate Chief Stew / Butler to bring five-star service and thoughtful household support to their home. This role is primarily rooted in their Miami residence, with roughly two months each summer spent at their summer home. It is well-suited for someone steady, composed, and highly capable—someone who brings a balance of grace, professionalism, and practical know-how to an active, dynamic household.
**PLEASE NOTE: this role requires occasional travel for up to 2 months at a time.**
Schedule:
- Monday – Tuesday: off
- Wednesday – Sunday: 2:00pm through dinner service
Job Overview
This position centers on two key areas:
- Residence Oversight: Manage and guide the housekeeping team, organize beverage and snack inventories, and lead service for weekly family meals and social gatherings.
- Yacht Service Management: Oversee the interior spaces of the family’s yacht docked at the home, delivering onboard service for Miami day trips and occasional excursions to the Bahamas and the Hamptons. The ideal candidate is mature, personable, and equally confident supporting private yacht operations and offering high-touch service in a residential environment.

Additional Information
- This is a land-based opportunity with occasional travel.
- This role will include house manager, housekeeper, butler, and chief stew responsibilities.
- Candidates must be US citizens (or hold a Green Card).
- This role is unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
- Relocation package is not available for this role.
