We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer for a 57m private motor yacht, offering a rotational schedule of 10 weeks on and 10 weeks off. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a Chief Engineer role on similar-sized yachts or 4–5 years as a 2nd Engineer on vessels over 50m. A Y2 certification is required, with higher-level certifications considered advantageous. The successful applicant will possess strong technical knowledge across all yacht systems and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills. A team-oriented, professional demeanor and adaptability are essential to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the vessel.
